Food Protection Manager Certification Programs

Main Page
Many states and local jurisdictions have specific training and testing requirements to become a certified food protection manager. Frequently, this requirement can be met by demonstrating knowledge of food safety through attending a course and then passing an examination that is a component of an accredited program.

MFS Services instructors are qualified and approved to offer the ServSafe®, SuperSafeMark® and NEHA training courses and to proctor the associated certification examinations. We also offer the required courses and examinations for recertification.

For the specific certification and recertification requirements in your jurisdiction, please contact us at mfs@marylandfoodsafety.com
