One of our instructors, Dennis C. Westhoff, Ph.D., has
been a certified ServSafe® instructor
for many years. His ServSafe® courses have been offered for specific private
clients, as well as at Anne Arundel Community College, Community College of Baltimore
County, Restaurant Association of Maryland, and the University of Maryland, College
Park. Additionally, he has been a Professor of Food Microbiology at the University
of Maryland for over 30 years.
Dr. Westhoff is also a certified instructor with NEHA (National Environmental Health Association) and with SuperSafeMark® |
